One Piece ending is expected to be completed 3 to 5 years . This statement given by the author itself "Eichiro Oda" at the interview a years ago. In a recent interview with Detective Conan writer Aoyama Gosho, Eiichiro Oda talked about his own work, including about when One Piece will end. Oda sensei said "he will complete the adventure series of the future pirate king within five years, or in other words, the series will end in 2027".And not only that, but Eichiro Oda also made an open letter to all One Piece fans around the world through the all of social media.
Oda said :
"I have had this dream since I was a child.
I want to draw a story that has a big ending that makes people excited.
By the way, the Wano country arc is coming to an end, and it is finally ready.
It has been serialized for 25 years (laughs).
However, new readers starting from here are fine.
Because starting from here is the real "big secret treasure" chapter,
I will draw all the secrets and foreshadowings I have buried in this story.
Absolutely fun! !
So please fasten your seat belts.

From the statement given by Oda, this trip will end in a relatively short period of time. Of course this caused a very mixed response from OP fans and generally manga or anime lovers. As OP fans know, One piece has 1000+ chapter on going every weeks since 1997 until now. Most importantly, fans hope that the ending of this long series will be worth the wait. It has been almost 25 years accompanying us from childhood to adulthood. Of course this will be a touching ending.
