One Piece Netflix Adaption: One Piece Fan Response

Oda's favorite character in his own created world

 We must really like a character from a story created by an author. Either because of their nature or shape, we must feel that the character is our favorite character. It turns out that this does not only happen to us but also to authors who make their own worlds have their own favorite characters.

 Oda Sensei was interviewed by Akira Toriyama, the mangaka of Dragonball. Oda sensei said he likes Monkey D Luffy but when it comes to favorite characters he chooses Gaimon

"I like Luffy. But the character I like the most is Gaimon. It's hard to think of a better character than him. He's just a guy who was trapped in a treasure box for 20 years." he said.

Gaimon himself is a former pirate who now lives on the Island of Rare Animals. In the manga version, Gaimon first appeared between the Orange Town arc and the Syrupp Village arc. At that time, Luffy and Nami were the only Straw Hat members that Gaimon met. At that time, Zoro was too tired of fighting so he decided to rest and not meet Gaimon.

The difference between Law and Kid's defeat

 

Lately, the world of One Piece has been excited by chapters that give surprises in every panel. It seems that these chapters have been kept by Oda for a long time. This really makes many fans can't wait. The most recent shocking chapter was the defeat of Law and Kid against 2 yonkou, Shanks and Kurohige.

 The first shocker came during Shanks and Kid's fight on Elbaf Island. Kid refused the offer to surrender by handing over the Poneglyph he got from Wano. Shanks after a long time finally moves to find One Piece. A battle is inevitable with Kid losing in one of Shanks' attacks named "Kamusari" and his ship is destroyed by King Elbaf (Dorry and Broggy) in an instant way. At the end of the chapter the box narrator says that "Eustass Captain Kid's pirate ship has been destroyed".

This is different from what happened to the Heart Pirates against the Kurohige Pirates. After wano ended, Trafalgar chose to continue the journey without Luffy. They took a different direction. It turned out that the direction Trafalgar took was the place where Kurohige was waiting for one of them. Finally the fight was inevitable. Trafalgar Law must accept defeat from Yonkou Kurohige who has 2 demon fruit powers, namely darkness and earthquake. Their pirates were helpless against the crew of Kurohige who had the devil fruit.

The chapter shows that the Heart pirates have been defeated instead of being destroyed like Kid. At the end of the chapter Law is about to be killed by Kurohige.He was saved by his right-hand man Bepo in sulong mode. This is a sign that these 2 old yonkou are not the same as what they defeated in the past. 

From the differences highlighted, we assume that Pirate Kid will not make a comeback in the next chapter. Unlike the case with Law who can still escape by hand. 

One Piece's first orchestra stage in the US

 

For the first time, One Piece is being made into a grand orchestra and will be held in the U.S. The event  at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood and Morton H. Meyerson Symphony. The name of the performance is "One Piece Symphony". A lot of musicians were involved in the performance. Many songs that became the soundtrack of the anime will be played here such as: We Are!, Sai sai saikyo!!!, Oitsumerareta, Binks no Sake, Unan to Ghanzho, Ougon to Oden, Katayoku no Taka, and many more.

"The ONE PIECE Music Symphony orchestra concert is the only official concert dedicated to the ONE PIECE adventure. The video will be perfectly synchronized with the anthology music projected onto a giant video screen," they wrote.

The Los Angeles concert will also feature special appearances from composer Kohei Tanaka and singer Hiroshi Kitadani (We Are!, We Go!, OVER THE TOP). They will perform live with the orchestra and attend a fan meeting session for VIP ticket holders. Starting from the end of Dressrosa, the show will relive the most dramatic and intense moments from Whole Cake Island, Zou, and most of the Land of Wano storyline!. Shanks' Power Finally Revealed for 25 Years

 Recently, the One Piece world was shocked by the latest One Piece chapter 1079 which was officially released on Sunday, March 26, 2023. Fans to manga and anime fans are shocked by the power of Shanks. For almost 25 years we have been waiting and guessing how the power of one of the strongest pirate characters in the One Piece world.This character is very important and mysterious. As we know this character is what makes the main character Monkey D Luffy aspire to become a pirate and look for One Piece treasures. The character of Shanks is described as very wise and manly.

In the last chapter, a battle between pirates was inevitable between the Kid Pirates and the Red Hair Pirates. This incident began when Kid wanted to go to Elbaf (the island of giants) to unlock the meaning of the poneglyph (relic of old) that he got from the battle in Wano with Luffy. But it turned out that the Red Hair Pirates intercepted their fleet and gave them 2 options: either be destroyed or hand over their poneglyphs. Suddenly Eustass Kid chose to fight them.

The battle begins with Shanks using his Haki Kenbunshoku (power of seeing the future). Shanks saw that in the near future if he did not defeat Kid immediately then their fleet would be destroyed. Suddenly Shanks then rushed forward and pulled out his sword towards Kid who was shooting his demon cannon.

As a result, what we found was shocking. The captain and vice-captain of the Little Pirates were rendered helpless by a single attack from Akagami no Shanks. 4 Ocean Rulers called "Yonkou" in One Piece

 

In the world of One Piece, the term Yonko or the title of the four Emperors of the Sea is .Yonko itself is a term that refers to the great power in the ocean in the One piece series. Until now, the full power of Shanks is still a puzzle. However, with the release of the One Piece movie entitled Red this year, it is certain that Shanks is a powerful Haki power user.

Evidently in the movie, it was seen that Admiral Fujitora and Admiral Borsalino did not move when dealing with him.
